Lyle began his career in the direct marketing industry and applied that direct marketing background in becoming VP of Sales and Marketing for a national trade association (Automotive Service Association – ASA). During that tenure, Lyle’s efforts led to doubling the membership and tripling the revenue of ASA.
Lyle moved into the Finance and Insurance space in the auto dealership industry from there. After learning the trade employed by one of the large national providers, his entreprenurial drive led Lyle to create an agency with no revenue at the outset in 1998 that eventually sold for 8 figures to a top 5 national insurance brokerage. Lyle devotes his efforts in helping his dealer/clients find the best and most effective ways possible to find new customers and to maximize profits per client. He lives in Denver, Colorado and is a proud alumnus of Texas A&M University.
Gary Biskup, a Texas native and 1992 graduate of Texas A&M University, has built a 30+ year career in automotive finance and insurance. He began in the 1990s as an Administrative Assistant, quickly rising to Finance Director with Bankston Nissan in Dallas. He later led finance operations for Porsche, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz at Park Place, where he built one of the top-performing departments in North America.
Gary spent seven years with Berkshire Hathaway Automotive, overseeing four dealerships as Finance Director, before joining EFG Companies in senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Acquisitions, where he grew a nine-state region. In 2022, he became National Vice President of Sales at Peak Performance Team, leading a team of 32 and driving major gains in acquisitions and revenue.
Known for his ability to build dealer-focused products and profitable programs, Gary combines proven leadership with a passion for innovation. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing at the lake, attending Dallas Mavericks games, and following NCAA and professional football. He is also a proud father of two sons, ages 17 and 13—the oldest currently attending Barber College and the youngest in 8th grade.
Peter, a native Texan residing in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, is a proud graduate of the University of Texas and an avid supporter of the Longhorns. With an impressive 32 years of experience in retail, lending, and product development, Peter has cultivated a deep understanding of the industries he serves.
Throughout his career, Peter has successfully led several organizations in national sales, demonstrating his expertise in building teams, driving growth, and delivering results. His passion for creating meaningful connections and fostering success is evident in every role he undertakes.
Outside of his professional life, Peter enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. Whether hiking scenic trails, casting a line while fishing, or taking part in hunting expeditions, he embraces the natural beauty of his surroundings. With his unique combination of professional acumen and love for adventure, Peter brings enthusiasm and dedication to everything he does.
Vance Smith’s journey began at Mullen Prep High School in Denver before he went on to play football at Arizona State University. He launched his automotive career with some of the industry’s largest dealer groups, including Tempe Toyota, Van Tuyl Autogroup, and Stevens Creek Toyota.
With over 30 years of experience in the automotive field, Vance is now focused on dealer development, working with Mac Auto Group, Del Grande Dealer Group, Price/Simms Auto Group, the Michael Hohl Group, and IPAC Benson Group. His long-standing dedication and breadth of expertise continue to make him a trusted leader in automotive retail.
Lauren kicked off her professional journey in marketing as the Digital Marketing Specialist at Texas A&M University. After completing her studies at Texas A&M, she made the move to Denver, Colorado, diving into recruitment for IT, Tech, and Digital Marketing. Lauren’s enthusiasm lies in the realms of HR, people operations and marketing positioning her for the role of Business Operations Manager.
Lauren is committed to elevating business operations and nurturing client relationships. She brings demonstrated expertise in marketing operations, strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Lauren excels in harnessing the power of digital media, showcasing a proven ability to optimize workflows, leverage data-driven insights, and implement efficient processes to enhance business.
David has been happily married to his wife, Jean, for 32 wonderful years, and they have two incredible children: Ethan, who is set to graduate college next year and pursue a career in teaching and coaching, and Brooke, a standout both academically and athletically as a collegiate soccer player who plans to follow in her mother’s footsteps and become a cosmetologist. David and Jean live in Naperville, where they love traveling, spending quality time with friends and family, and cheering Brooke on at her soccer matches. David also shares a passion for football with Ethan, and the two are on a mission to watch a game in every NFL stadium.
David began his financial career in 1988 and has built a distinguished reputation in the industry. He served as a partner and managing director at a prominent firm before launching his own in 2018. As a seasoned investment advisor, he specializes in income planning, estate planning, and insurance planning, helping clients safeguard their financial futures. Licensed in several states and holding Securities licenses 6, 63, 7, 65, and 24, David brings extensive knowledge and expertise to his practice. He currently operates from his office in Lisle, IL, providing trusted, comprehensive financial advice to clients nationwide.
Julian Maiorano – Account Manager
Julian recently relocated from Massachusetts to Denver, Colorado. In his extensive four-year career in the power sports and motorcycle industry. His professional journey commenced as a sales associate, allowing him to refine his skills and steadily progress to a management position. Throughout his career, he cultivated a profound understanding of the dealership sales process, spanning from the initial customer greeting to the final delivery, encompassing crucial aspects of the finance and insurance industry.
What truly distinguishes Julian, is his unwavering dedication to elevating the customer experience. He perpetually strives to optimize the value within the company, it products, and interpersonal connections, embodying a profound belief in the significance of meaningful relationships and customer satisfaction.
A fresh addition to the automotive industry, Nathan first worked as a newspaper reporter in New Mexico after studying journalism at Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts. After the pandemic, he worked as a chef in Colorado, learning the principles of inventory management in small business.
Nathan’s eclectic professional background accustomed him to high-energy, high-performance workplaces. He recently returned to Massachusetts with a diverse, solutions-driven skill set and an eye for data analysis.
Lance McFarland offers over 20 years of invaluable experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of success in various leadership roles. His journey began with 17 years at a Chevrolet dealership, where he worked his way up from a salesperson to the Sales Manager, solidifying his reputation as a top performer. Eager to take on new challenges, Lance moved to a Volkswagen Mazda store, where he excelled for 3 years as both the General Sales Manager and Finance Manager. His leadership abilities were further showcased during his 2-year tenure as the General Manager of an independent dealership, where he excelled in achieving growth and operational efficiency. With an extensive background in managing new and used inventory, along with a deep understanding of dealer products and sales strategies, Lance has consistently driven results and fostered growth throughout his career. His passion for the automotive industry is matched only by his commitment to creating lasting relationships and delivering outstanding performance at every turn.
Terrenze Walker brings a strong background in leadership, integrity, and relationship-building to his role as an Account Manager. He began his professional journey as an HVAC technician, servicing clients throughout the Chicago area. Eventually, he transitioned into the gaming sector, where he excelled as a table games dealer. Over the years, Blake became known for enhancing operational efficiency, driving player engagement, and ensuring strict compliance with both state and tribal gaming regulations. His leadership is grounded in integrity, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to exceptional service—even under pressure.
Outside of work, Blake enjoys competitive sports and the outdoors. He’s happiest with a fishing rod in hand at sunrise, lining up a perfect shot on the pool table, or cheering on his favorite team during a big game.
